Sabine Haubitz and Stefanie Zoche have been working as an artist duo since 1998. In their voluminous installations and serial photographic works they deal with public spaces and the directorial strategies that function in them. In recent years, their work focused on ecological topics such as climate change and the management of resources. Haubitz+Zoche show their works in numerous national and international exhibitions. In 2012 they took part in the Havana Biennial, in 2008 in 48°C public_art_ecology in Delhi. Their photo book Sinai Hotels was awarded the German photo book prize in 2007. Sabine Haubitz (*1959) studied arts in Berlin and Munich, Stefanie Zoche (*1965) in Perpignan and London. Both live in Munich.
