Galerie für Landschaftskunst (Gallery for Landscape Art)
Till Krause is one of the curators of the Galerie für Landschaftskunst (Gallery for Landscape Art), which was established in Hamburg in 1996. The gallery is a free project space for creating artistic and interdisciplinary work about images of nature, landscape and city. Its exhibition rooms show Hamburg based and international contemporary art, but are also used for talks, guided tours, video performances and other events. Apart from various long term projects that the gallery is realising in the area of Hamburg (e.g. Hamburgkartierung, an interpretation and new description of the Hanseatic city), it also concentrates on international cooperations and exhibitions. Further members of the Galerie für Landschaftskunst are, amongst others, Mark Dion, Klara Hobza, Bob Braine and Malte Struck.
